Causeair Refund and Return Policy
At Causeair, we are committed to delivering a secure and enjoyable experience with our inflatable products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have outlined our return policy as follows:
Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@causeair.com. We will file a claim with the courier, who will pick up and return the package in its original box with the original packaging.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to approval. To initiate a return, contact us at service@causeair.com for a return authorization number and the return address. In your email, include:
- Reason for return
- Order number
- Name, address, and phone number
All returns must have a valid return authorization number. Causeair will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges, to the original form of payment.
Conditions for Return:

Unopened Package:
- Full refund within 30 days.
- Use a trackable carrier for return.

Opened Package (No Manufacturing Defects):
- Returns within 30 days.
- Buyer responsible for return shipping by trackable carrier.

Manufacturing Defect on Bounce House (Body Only):
- 90-day limited warranty.
- Attach and send pictures of the defective area to service@causeair.com.

Blower Replacement:
- Follow instructions to reset the blower.
- If the blower doesn't turn on, request replacement instructions.
Important Notes:
- Used Like New Products are not returnable.
- For all orders shipped outside the continental United States, the buyer is responsible for shipping and other fees on returns.
Refund Process: We process refunds upon receiving the returned package. You will be notified by email, and the refund, back to the original form of payment, takes 2-3 business days.
