Causeair Refund and Return Policy

At Causeair, we are committed to delivering a secure and enjoyable experience with our inflatable products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have outlined our return policy as follows:

Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at service@causeair.com. We will file a claim with the courier, who will pick up and return the package in its original box with the original packaging.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days, subject to approval. To initiate a return, contact us at service@causeair.com for a return authorization number and the return address. In your email, include:

  • Reason for return
  • Order number
  • Name, address, and phone number

All returns must have a valid return authorization number. Causeair will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges, to the original form of payment.

Conditions for Return:

  1. Unopened Package:

    • Full refund within 30 days.
    • Use a trackable carrier for return.
  2. Opened Package (No Manufacturing Defects):

    • Returns within 30 days.
    • Buyer responsible for return shipping by trackable carrier.
  3. Manufacturing Defect on Bounce House (Body Only):

  4. Blower Replacement:

    • Follow instructions to reset the blower.
    • If the blower doesn't turn on, request replacement instructions.

Important Notes:

  • Used Like New Products are not returnable.
  • For all orders shipped outside the continental United States, the buyer is responsible for shipping and other fees on returns.

Refund Process: We process refunds upon receiving the returned package. You will be notified by email, and the refund, back to the original form of payment, takes 2-3 business days.
